1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 1ClickSeed infrastructure ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our Service is strictly provided for private, non-commercial use, particularly for downloading and seeding open-source software, public domain media, and personal backups.

2. Zero-Log & Privacy Guarantee

As detailed in our No-Log Policy, we do not monitor, record, or store any information regarding your bandwidth usage, IP address, or stored files. Because we do not have access to your data (which is encrypted at rest), we cannot be held liable for the content hosted within your personal vault.

3. Unmetered Traffic Policy

Our "Unmetered" claim means exactly what it says. We will not throttle your connection, nor will we suspend your account for transferring large volumes of data. However, continuous, malicious network abuse intended to degrade the infrastructure for other users (e.g., outgoing DDoS attacks, network scanning) will result in automated suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

Services are billed on a pre-paid basis. Due to the high cost of provisioning bare-metal resources and our privacy-first anonymity framework (including crypto payments), all sales are final. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee solely in cases of proven hardware failure or extreme network unreachability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 1ClickSeed makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services. We recommend maintaining local backups of your critical data, despite our robust ZFS redundancy.
